Hello Everyone,

My name is Olivia, I am your order and reseller Assistant. I have been with Idealpos for exactly 4years now.  This is my first and current job since migrating with my Family from Singapore in 2013.

My Administrative role is supporting our wholesale clients with software licensing, attending hardware orders, invoicing and sometimes reminding reseller for their due accounts. The software licensing ranges from simple to complex, it somewhat like solving a jigsaw puzzles. which can be pretty challenging and Very rewarding at the end.

I enjoy interacting with all of our clients especially if I can be of help and contribute to your Business success.

Like many Mums out there, My downtime is spent ferrying my teenage son to various sport events.
