If you offer accommodation we integrate with up to 12 different accommodation packages that allow to allocate charges to rooms. Some packages are only 1-way interface with others being a fully integrated 2-way interface.

Multiple Gaming Server Interfaces

Idealpos has an interface for at least seven different gaming machine servers to offer you a broad range of choices you can offer your members. The customers details remain in the gaming server to keep control of their membership level. This in turn can be used within Idealpos for membership tiering offering more benefits.

When customers buy items from the bar or restaurant and use the poker machines, all the points will be shared and saved to the customer account. Points can be used for purchases at the bar or however you want them used through the gaming server.

Bar tabs allow you to give your customer freedom by purchasing items from the bar and finishing multiple transactions quickly and then finalising the sale when they are ready to leave.

Bar tabs have many advantages over processing a sale for every transaction, the most beneficial of which is time saving. Less time processing transactions will mean more time serving customers. Most customers who open a bar tab will also have a higher spend rate, increasing your profitability.

Raffles and Jackpots can give your customers additional purchase values that can make them enjoy your venue more.

Raffles allow you to sell tickets for various prize draws. This is usually common as a meat tray on a particular evening. You have the ability to link it with promotions so that bulk purchasing of tickets is less than if purchased individually. For example you might offer customers to "Buy 1 for $1 or 5 for $4".

Jackpots are a great way to record sales of a particular item for a promotion and offer a randomly selected winner at the conclusion or specific date. This type of function usually works best with customers linked to every sale to make it easy to identify the winner, otherwise each customer purchasing the item will need to keep their receipts.

Idealpos utilises an app to allow you better management tools for the serious side of your business, stock control. With Pocket Stock, you are able to perform a stocktake on all your locations, view/change prices, transfer stock between locations, receive items into stock and assign barcodes to all items.

If required, you can use a scanning device by Linea Pro which gives your phone extra functionality. This scanning device is not required, however, by having the scanning device, your efficiency will be increased, enabling you to scan all your items in a timely manner.

Pocket Stock links directly to Idealpos and transfers data in a matter of seconds, allowing you to get on with the job you need to do.

Customise your screen as much as possible to allow for fast, efficient service. The use of images on the buttons representing different products can make it easy for new staff who are not used to the products to identify quickly the item they are looking for.
