Customer Type Incentives

Customer Type Incentives allows you to have customers automatically allocated to a Customer Type that provides a larger discount and/or accumulation of points. Customer Types can be designated a specific threshold, which when reached within the designated period, be upgraded to a better value Customer Type.

When the customer has been upgraded to a higher level, a receipt will be printed automatically with a pre-defined message congratulating the customer.
